We do not sell personal data. Data processors we use:

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and GDPR compliance requirements.

Data remains within the European Economic Area where possible. Where transfers occur outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Details of safeguards are available on request.

We currently use only technically necessary cookies for site functionality — no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. A consent mechanism will be implemented before introducing non-essential cookies, in line with Ireland's ePrivacy Directive (SI 336/2011).

In the event of a breach posing risk to your rights or freedoms, we will notify the Data Protection Commission within 72 hours and inform affected individuals as required.

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Under Section 31 of the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, parental or guardian consent is required for processing children's information. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact hello@strivesports.app for immediate deletion.
